Return Policy
Autoglide Services Limited stands by the quality of all products sold via our online store. However, we understand there may be occasions where returns are necessary.
- Eligibility for Returns
You may return a windscreen or glass product if:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The item was damaged upon arrival
- You cancel the order before installation
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return Window
Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery. Proof of purchase and photos (if damaged) are required for processing.
- Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
- Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have already been installed
- Special-order items requested specifically for your vehicle
- Glass damaged due to customer handling after delivery
